How long does order processing take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We can often modify or cancel orders within 2 hours of placement. Please email [email protected] immediately with your order number. Once an order has been processed for fulfillment, changes may not be possible.
What if my item arrived damaged or defective?
We sincerely apologize if you received a damaged item. Please email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
Do you accept PayPal and credit cards?
Yes. We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover through our secure PayPal checkout. All transactions are SSL encrypted.
How do I start a return?

Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 30-day return and exchange window on all unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached.
