We offer three shipping speeds: Standard Shipping (5–7 business days, $6.99 — FREE on orders $75+), Express Shipping (2–3 business days, 2.99), and Overnight Shipping (1 business day via FedEx Priority, $24.99). Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays. Shipping times begin after your order has been processed and fulfilled, which typically takes 1–2 business days.
Yes, we ship to Alaska and Hawaii. Standard shipping rates apply ($6.99). Please note that orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii are not eligible for the free shipping threshold — even if your order total exceeds $75, standard shipping charges will apply for AK and HI destinations. Delivery to Alaska and Hawaii may take an additional 1–3 business days beyond the standard continental US estimate.
Yes. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Items marked as final sale or opened hygiene items (such as socks in opened packaging) are not eligible for return. To start a return, email [email protected] with your order number and the item you wish to return. We will send a prepaid return shipping label.
We only accept returns for unworn, unwashed items in original condition with tags attached. Items that have been worn, washed, or altered are not eligible for return or exchange. If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right — a worn or damaged-by-us item is treated differently from a worn-by-customer item.
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for your bank or PayPal to post the credit to your account, as processing times vary by financial institution.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can track your order directly on the carrier's website (USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your shipping option). If you haven't received a shipping confirmation within 2 business days of placing your order, please email [email protected] with your order number.
We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. All payments are processed through PayPal's secure checkout system, which provides SSL encryption and fraud protection on every transaction. We do not store your payment information on our servers.
To exchange an item, email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery. Let us know your order number, the item you'd like to exchange, and the size or color you want instead. We'll check availability, send you a prepaid return label, and ship your exchange once we receive the original item. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
We sincerely apologize if you received a damaged or incorrect item. Please email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item received. We will ship a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you. Do not discard the item until we've reviewed your case, as we may request it be returned.
Orders can sometimes be cancelled within 1–2 hours of placement, before they enter our fulfillment process. Please email [email protected] immediately with "CANCEL ORDER" and your order number in the subject line. Once an order has been processed for fulfillment or shipped, it cannot be cancelled — but you can still return it under our 30-day return policy once it arrives.
Yes. All payments are processed through PayPal, one of the world's most trusted payment processors. Our website uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption on all pages. We do not store your credit card or payment information on our servers at any time. PayPal also provides additional buyer protection on eligible purchases.
We do not currently offer gift cards. However, placing an order and shipping directly to a gift recipient is a great option — just enter their shipping address at checkout. You can also note "Gift" in the order notes at checkout and we will not include pricing information in the package.
Currently, we ship within the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories. We do not offer international shipping to countries outside the US at this time. We hope to expand our international shipping in the future — please check back or subscribe to our newsletter for updates.
For best results: Machine wash cold with like colors. Use gentle cycle. Tumble dry low or hang dry to preserve fabric weight and prevent shrinking. Do not bleach. Do not dry clean unless the label specifically says so. For graphic tees and printed hoodies, turn inside out before washing to preserve the print. Iron on low heat if needed, avoiding direct heat on printed areas. Following these care instructions will significantly extend the life of your garments.
We provide a detailed size chart on every product page. To measure yourself: use a soft tape measure around the fullest part of your chest (keeping the tape snug but not tight), your natural waist (about an inch above your belly button), and your hips (about 8 inches below your waist). Compare your measurements to the size chart. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit. Our products run true to size. For bulk orders of 10+ units (such as company apparel, event merchandise, or wholesale purchases), please email [email protected] with the items you're interested in, quantities, and your intended use. We'll do our best to accommodate bulk order requests on a case-by-case basis, though we cannot guarantee volume pricing or expedited timelines for all requests.
We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders totaling $75 or more within the continental United States. This threshold applies to your order subtotal before taxes. Note: orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii are not eligible for free shipping regardless of order total. The free shipping option is Standard Shipping (5–7 business days). Expedited shipping options (Express and Overnight) are always charged at their listed rates.
