Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays) after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During peak shopping periods (holidays, promotional events), processing times may extend to 2–3 business days. We will communicate any unusual delays via email.
Shipping Options & Rates
We offer three shipping methods for all domestic US orders:

Free Shipping: Standard shipping is free on all continental US orders totaling $75 or more (before taxes). The free shipping discount is automatically applied at checkout when the qualifying threshold is met.
Overnight Shipping
Overnight shipping is fulfilled via FedEx Priority and delivers in 1 business day. Overnight orders must be placed by 12:00 PM EST on business days to guarantee next-day delivery. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST or on weekends and holidays will ship the next business day. Please note that FedEx Priority does not deliver to PO Boxes.
Alaska and Hawaii
We ship to Alaska and Hawaii. Standard shipping rates apply ($6.99). Orders shipping to Alaska (AK) and Hawaii (HI) are not eligible for the free shipping threshold — even if your order total exceeds $75, standard shipping charges will be applied for AK and HI destinations.
Delivery to Alaska and Hawaii may take an additional 1–3 business days beyond the standard continental US estimate. Express and Overnight shipping options may not be available for all AK/HI destinations. Availability is confirmed at checkout.
US Territories
We ship to US territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands at standard shipping rates. Delivery to US territories may take 7–14 business days. These shipments are not eligible for free shipping regardless of order total.
Shipping Carriers
We use a combination of USPS (United States Postal Service), UPS (United Parcel Service), and FedEx to fulfill shipments. The specific carrier selected for your order depends on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method. Overnight orders are always shipped via FedEx Priority.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a direct link to track your package on the carrier's website. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after the shipping confirmation email is sent, as carriers may not scan packages immediately at pickup.
If your tracking number shows no movement for more than 3 business days, please contact us at [email protected] and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
Delivery Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before completing your order. JC Good Experience Services is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address immediately after placing your order, contact us at [email protected] right away — we can sometimes correct addresses before the order ships.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please: (1) Check with neighbors and building management in case the package was left nearby. (2) Wait 24–48 hours as carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered slightly early. (3) Contact us at [email protected] if the package is still missing after 48 hours.
We are not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery ("porch piracy"). However, we will work with you and the carrier to file a claim and assist as much as possible.
Taxes
Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable state and local tax rates. Tax amounts are clearly shown in your order summary before you confirm payment.
