Return & Refund Policy

At JC Good Experience Services, we stand behind everything we sell. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we make it easy to return or exchange items. This policy applies to all purchases made on quicklinfccards.com.

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. The 30-day return window begins on the date your order is marked as "Delivered" by the shipping carrier. Returns initiated after 30 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn — not worn outside of trying on for fit
  • Items must be unwashed — not laundered after receipt
  • Items must be in original condition with no alterations, damage, or odors
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging when possible

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return and will be shipped back to you at your expense.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase
  • Opened packages of socks or undergarments (hygiene items)
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Gift cards (no cash value)

How to Start a Return

  1. Email [email protected] with the subject line "Return Request — [Your Order Number]"
  2. Include your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return, and the reason for the return
  3. We will respond within 1–2 business days with a prepaid return shipping label
  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging (or a comparable box/bag) and attach the provided label
  5. Drop the package off at the designated carrier location indicated on the label
  6. Keep your drop-off receipt as proof of return shipment

Return Shipping

JC Good Experience Services provides a prepaid return shipping label for all eligible returns within the contiguous United States. You will not be charged for return shipping on eligible returns. For Alaska and Hawaii returns, return shipping costs may apply — we will confirm this when processing your return request.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets our return eligibility requirements, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout (PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover).

Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for your bank or PayPal to post the refund to your account after we process it. Total refund timeline from receipt of return: up to 10–15 business days.

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed on our end.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for a different size or color on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. To request an exchange, follow the same process as a return (email [email protected] with your order number) and specify the replacement size/color you'd like. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the desired replacement is unavailable, we will process a full refund instead.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos clearly showing the damage or incorrect item

We will ship a replacement item or issue a full refund — your choice. We cover all shipping costs in these cases and you do not need to return the damaged item in most circumstances.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible. We can sometimes cancel orders within 1–2 hours of placement before they enter fulfillment. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you can return it after delivery under this policy.

Refund Amount

For eligible returns, you will receive a full refund of the item purchase price. Shipping charges paid at the time of the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item shipped).
