Prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. The price displayed at the time you complete your purchase is the price you will be charged.

We are not responsible for pricing errors. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders placed at the incorrect price, even after payment has been processed, in which case a full refund will be issued.

5. Payment Terms

We accept payment via PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, all processed through PayPal's secure checkout. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge the payment method provided for the total order amount including applicable taxes and shipping fees.

All payments are processed in US Dollars. You are responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your financial institution. We do not store your full payment card details — all payment information is handled by PayPal under their security standards.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping terms are governed by our Shipping Policy, incorporated herein by reference. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, incorporated herein by reference. We offer a 30-day return window for eligible items. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned merchandise.

You waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against us.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
